Byron White U.S. Courthouse project earns national honors

Tribal One’s historic renovation work at the Byron White U.S. Courthouse in Denver earned a 2019 National Excellence in Construction® Pyramid Award from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), a national construction trade association.

ABC presented the award in the category: General Contractor Historical Restoration/Renovation-Less than $25 million.

Upgrades and renovation of the neo-classical structure were completed by Tribal One Broadband Technologies as the managing member of a joint venture that included Milender White Construction Co. According to Brady Scott, CEO of Tribal One’s broadband and construction group, the Courthouse project was a significant step forward for the Tribal One team.

“It was an honor and, indeed, a challenge to be chosen for renovation work on a building that is a true landmark in Denver,” Scott said. “We are all proud of the work we were able to accomplish, and we are equally pleased that our work has been well received in the community and now by our peers in the construction industry.”

ABC’s Excellence in Construction awards program is the industry’s leading competition for honoring general and specialty contractors for innovative and high-quality, merit shop construction projects.
