Tribal Economic Development

Tribal One (the Mith-ih-kwuh Economic Development Corporation) evaluates, designs and implements economic development strategies for the Coquille Indian Tribe.

Every Tribal One business has been created as part of the Tribal One economic development strategy.

In addition to business development, Tribal One manages commercial real estate development projects including commercial/industrial development on the Ko’ Kwel Wharf in North Bend, OR and an entertainment/hospitality venue for Cedar’s Development, LLC in Medford, OR. These two projects, when fully developed, are designed to diversify the Tribe’s financial holdings and foothold in their historic tribal areas.

Tribal One seeks out strategic partnerships that can benefit from a working relationship with a tribally owned, federally chartered entity.
