Tribal One developing next gen technology at Cheyenne Mountain

North Bend, Ore. – Tribal One Construction (T1 Construction, LLC) was awarded a U.S. Air Force contract to develop next generation technology for operational information technology systems at Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station.

The 21^st Contracting Squadron awarded a $22 million Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Tribal One through the 21^st Civil Engineers Squadron.  Tribal One has teamed with Tetra Tech, Inc., a California-based consulting and engineering services firm, and Goliath Solutions Group, a Florida-based IT security firm.

“Our team has been working with the Air Force and our business partners to develop a solution to upgrade and protect the control systems and develop an entirely new infrastructure at this important defense facility,” said Brady Scott, CEO of Tribal One Development. “Tribal One already has worked on another project at the Air Force Space Command and I am pleased that we have earned the Air Force’s confidence to take on their next modernization project.”

Tribal One and its partners first will develop a proof of concept that will demonstrate the feasibility and test the functionality of their system and its ability to defend network vulnerabilities within the control systems. Following a successful demonstration, the companies will design and engineer systems for Cheyenne Mountain and facilities within the Space Command, put those systems into service and provide for the operation and maintenance of the new systems. The project covers 14 locations including 12 buildings, an industrial area and a security area.

Three task orders already have been awarded under this IDIQ and work is underway.
