Tribal One Maryland office receives ‘Bona Fide’ approval

Tribal One received approval of its Columbia, Maryland office as a Bona Fide Place of Business by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

This approval allows T1 Construction, LLC to submit offers or bids for 8(a) construction projects and be eligible for 8(a) sole source awards throughout the SBA’s Baltimore District service area. The new office is located at 10630 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 244G.

The Columbia office is the second new Tribal One location to receive Bona Fide Place of Business approval. T1 Construction also may bid on construction contracts from its office at 5841 Rivers Ave., Suite 1060 in North Charleston, South Carolina. In addition, T1 Construction has its headquarters in North Bend, Oregon and maintains company offices in Centennial and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Although the new offices directly affect Tribal One’s construction operations, the locations also will benefit Tribal One businesses in the communications technology, architecture and engineering and financial and administrative services sectors.
