T1-MW kickoff Joint-Venture with $3.2M Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge Award

DENVER, CO – T1-MW, an SBA 8(a) Mentor Protege Joint Venture between Tribal One and Millstone Weber, secure $3.2M contract from the Federal Highway Administration to enhance access to Colorado’s Rocky Flats National Wildlife Refuge. This U.S. Department of Transportation contract includes the construction of pedestrian bridges, an underpass, and trail upgrades to improve access to the National Wildlife Refuge.
The project involves five phases, including preconstruction, procurement, roadway work, and the installation of 3 new bridges. Coordination across various governing bodies, including Rocky Flats National Park, Jefferson County, Broomfield County, and Colorado Department of Transportation coupled with working through winter conditions require top-notch project management and cross collaboration.
With years of collective experience successfully executing complex construction projects, T1-MW is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and performance. This contract is scheduled to mobilize summer of 2024 and wrap up spring of 2025.
