Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge Facility Rehabilitation

Tribal One is proud to announce the successful early completion of a facility rehabilitation project at Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, awarded by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
Our team completed all work ahead of schedule, with full demobilization finalized on November 7, 2025— The project focused on improving safety, energy efficiency, and functionality across two key facilities.
🔧 Scope of Work Included:
- Lighting Upgrades: Replaced outdated fixtures with energy-efficient LED troffers, installed emergency/exit lighting to meet NFPA, NEC, and IBC codes, and enhanced exterior lighting with motion sensors and dark-sky compliant fixtures.
- Electrical Improvements: Upgraded non-GFCI outlets and refined systems based on inspection findings.
- Flooring Installation: Installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in office areas with clean transitions and baseboards.
- Insulation Replacement: Removed deteriorated insulation and installed new R-30 batt insulation in both buildings.
- Site Cleanup & Restoration: Cleared all construction debris and restored work areas to original condition.
- Occupied Space Coordination: Executed work in partially occupied facilities, maintaining safety and minimizing disruption to ongoing operations
🤝 Collaboration & Efficiency Strong coordination with U.S. Fish and Wildlife personnel ensured smooth walkthroughs and responsive field adjustments. Interestingly, the federal government shutdown—while challenging—allowed our crews uninterrupted access to the facilities, accelerating progress and contributing to early delivery.
We’re honored to support the mission of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service by enhancing the safety, efficiency, and functionality of these critical facilities.
