Tribal One Advances Infrastructure Support at Fort Jackson, SC
Fort Jackson, SC – Tribal One Technology, LLC is proud to announce the successful completion of the base year of its five-year Mini Job Order Contract (JOC) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. On February 5, 2025, the company officially signed Option Year One, continuing its commitment to delivering high-quality construction, maintenance, and repair services in support of the U.S. Army’s Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) and the Directorate of Public Works (DPW).
This sole-source, direct award contract—valued at up to $22 million over five years—focuses on minor construction and real property maintenance and repairs across the installation. The contract is funded through Operations & Maintenance (O&M) resources, ensuring the ongoing functionality and readiness of Fort Jackson’s critical infrastructure.
Located just 15 minutes from downtown Columbia, Fort Jackson benefits from a robust network of skilled local subcontractors. This proximity enhances Tribal One’s ability to respond efficiently to project demands while supporting the local economy.
Scope of Work Includes:
- General construction
- Plumbing and electrical systems
- HVAC and roofing
- Fire suppression systems
- Stormwater collection
- Bridge and dam repair
- Hazardous material abatement
During the base year, Tribal One successfully executed a variety of projects, particularly in the final quarter of FY24. These included:
- Mechanical upgrades such as boiler servicing, fire alarm systems, duct sealing, and heat cycle repairs
- General construction initiatives
- Civil construction projects including Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) installations, asphalt milling and paving, and concrete pad installations
The base year also served as a foundational period for establishing a strong network of subcontractors and expanding the Tribal One Southeast team. With these relationships now firmly in place, Option Year One has already seen increased efficiency and collaboration.
