Tribal One takes on two new projects at Peterson Space Force Base

Tribal One will upgrade energy management, high-speed data access and power supply at Peterson Space Force Base under two task orders awarded by the 21st Contracting Squadron.

Under the two task orders, valued at over $470,000, Tribal One Construction (T1 Construction, LLC) will replace eight high-speed data access switches that are critical components of the base fire alarm system and provide uninterrupted power supplies. Tribal One also will replace and upgrade to the latest version three Network Automation Control Engine (NAE) Supervisory Controllers on the base’s Energy Management Control System network.

“Through our work here and at other Space Force bases Tribal One is building a reputation for being a one-stop shop for work on energy management and information technology,” said Tim Belz, project manager. “We understand that replacing outdated systems and end-of-its-life technology, particularly related to safety and security, is critically important for maintaining system uptime and reliability.”

Tribal One is teaming with Johnson Controls for purchasing, installing and configuring the Network Automation Control Networks. Tribal One also is purchasing the Cisco Catalyst equipment through Zivaro, Inc., and is working with Convergint Technologies to configure and commission the switches.
