Tribal One to support The Great American Outdoors

Tribal One will be part of a nationwide effort to upgrade and repair vital infrastructure and facilities at America’s national parks and public lands under the $9.5 billion Great American Outdoors Act.

T1 Construction, LLC is among the awardees for an alteration and repair multiple award contract set aside for small businesses. The U.S. Forest Service and Department of Interior agencies will manage task order awards under the five-year, $250 million contract.

“This is a great opportunity for Tribal One to apply its skills to upgrade facilities, address years of deferred maintenance and improve the visitor experience at our national parks and public lands,” said Regional Director Chris Carter. “We have a solid track record with the Forest Service and the Department of Interior and look forward to working with them on these projects.

Projects under this contract include interior and exterior building renovations, upgrading HVAC controls and improving structural systems (electric, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and security systems) as well as paving, landscaping and fencing among others.
