USACE Walla Walla District Headquarters Building – Exterior Doors and Windows Upgrade

Tribal One is proud to announce the award for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Walla Walla District Headquarters Building Exterior Door and Windows Upgrade project. This project will consist of a comprehensive upgrade to its exterior doors, frames, and windows. It is designed to enhance building security, improve accessibility, modernize finishes, and ensure compliance with updated safety and operational standards.

Scope of Work

• Demolition of existing entrances: Remove outdated doors, frames, and adjacent storefront windows at primary building entrances.
• Installation of upgraded entrances: Provide new doors, frames, and storefront windows with improved durability and performance.
• Security enhancements: Integrate new card readers, push plate automatic door operators, and upgraded interior finishes to support modern access control.
• Windowpane replacement: Remove and replace designated exterior windowpanes to improve energy efficiency and aesthetics.
• Security system transition: Remove existing devices for government return, install new panels, conduit, and cabling, and program the upgraded system.
• Lighting and fire system reconfiguration: Adjust fixtures and fire safety devices to align with new entrance layouts.
• Terrace upgrades: Remove and replace designated doors and frames on the second and third floor terraces to ensure consistency and security across all access points.
