Jeffrey Grimm is a certified public accountant with deep experience in corporate finance.

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 1978, Jeff spent 10 years at the prestigious accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. He then shifted his career to manufacturing, spending more than 20 years as CFO of Portland Food Products Co./Gray & Co., the world’s largest processor of maraschino cherries.

In 2012 he moved to ENTEK  International LLC, an Oregon-based international manufacturer of battery components. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions; contract negotiation; complex financing; and joint ventures.
