Doug Wells develops, coordinates and implements plans designed to increase subsisting business and capture new opportunities. He is a member of the executive team involved in strategic marketing and operations planning where he also sets goals and identifies methods to reach those goals.  Doug manages a national territory to maximize opportunities and keep a project pipeline growing by consistently adding new customers.  He also leads preconstruction teams in RFP and RFI generation.  He is committed to building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the sales process.
