Sheila McCombs has supported Tribal One with all human resources activities, including talent acquisition and benefit administration, since 2021. Her focus on administration integration ensures that the Human Resources Department remains effective and legally compliant while working closely with the financial services team and contract administrators on matters related to its contractual clients. Prior to joining Tribal One, she worked for 20 years as Director of Contracts Administration and Human Resources for a federal government contractor.

- Sheila earned her Bachelor of Science – Business Administration (emphasis in Human Resources Management) and Minor in Communications from Regis University
- She earned a Master of Legal Studies degree (certificate in Employment Law) from Washington University School of Law.
