Mr. Beltz is the General Manager of Tribal One Technology, and is the Corporate Health and Safety officer with extensive experience safely managing complicated and risky operations in challenging environments. Tim has 18+ years of experience managing safe operations while supporting DOD, Federal, State and Local Emergency Management Agencies during multiple National, State and Local disasters. Tim has 21 years as a Military Officer where he was responsible for the health and safety of thousands of soldiers throughout his career.

- U.S. Army Officers Candidate School, Basic and Advanced U.S. Army Signal Officers Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School.

- U.S. Army MAJ (retired) with 21 years of U.S. Army experience leading teams in the design and deployment of terrestrial and satellite communications systems
- 18 years managing emergency management technology installations across multiple federal, state and local government Emergency Management Agencies.
- Specialties include leadership, operations, logistics and maintenance management, conflict resolution and team building.
