Fiscal Agent, State of Oregon COVID-19 Artist Relief Program

Tribal One Professional Services served as the Fiscal Agent for the 2020/21 COVID-19 Artists Relief Program that distributed over $1,238,800 in grants to 646 artists in Oregon. Tribal One managed the W9 verification and validation process along with fully executed grant agreements for each awardee. Team members managed the award distribution process, working with each awardee to determine whether funds would be directly deposited in their bank accounts or have a check mailed to their business or residence.

Following the success of this project, the State of Oregon approached Tribal One to serve as the Fiscal Agent for a second round of awards under the 2022/23 COVID-19 Artists Relief Program where the firm distributed and additional $1,565,000 to 609 awardees.
