Tribal One teamed with Tetra Tech for a design – build contract to convert an existing conference room into a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) with secure Audio Video Teleconference capabilities.
The scope of work included:
- Full engineering and design of the SCIF, data and AVT systems
- Construct all SCIF Certification requirements:
- Remove all wall penetrations and reinstall according to SCIF requirements with isolations
- Ceiling and flooring modifications
- New security and intrusion detection system
- HVAC modifications for entry security, sound and inspection capabilities
- New electrical service, modifications and isolations
- New data networks, secure conduits and isolations
- Custom video wall display system with connections to several secure networks
- Secure Audio-Visual Teleconference system
- Integration into several secure networks
- Cosmetic upgrades including crown molding, paint, chair rail and wall repairs
- Fire alarm and fire protection modifications
- Ceiling replacement
- Upgrade door security system with new locks, hardware, electronic security system and thresholds
