Compass by Margaritaville Hotel

Tribal One managed the development of a 111-room Compass by Margaritaville Hotel on behalf of Cedars Development, the company associated with the Coquille Tribes Medford development. The team faced considerable challenges managing the development, design, financing and construction of the hotel during the 2020-2021 COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent supply chain disruptions. During this process, the Tribal One team performed the following:

• Established a partnership and branding relationship with Margaritaville Enterprises.
• Secured all city and county permits and authorizations to proceed with construction.
• Secured financing and managed relationships with lending institutions.
• Selected architects and ensured final designs met all brand specifications.
• Assembled the construction management team and oversaw the construction process.
• Managed all accounting and financial activities of the project.
