Brady is a member of the Coquille Indian Tribe and he has worked in economic development for his tribe since 1995. He has served as a senior level executive including over a decade as the CEO of the Coquille Economic Development Corporation, the business arm of the Coquille Indian tribe. Currently he serves as the CEO of Tribal One Broadband Technologies, a business he co-created in 2001. Brady earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Oregon University.

Erik is a Professional Engineer with more than 21 years of planning, construction and leadership experience. He is an outstanding leader and has managed teams of up to 185 diverse personnel and annual budgets exceeding $4 billion. Erik has a documented superior performance record of achievement and success with process improvement and execution of facility and infrastructure planning, construction, environmental management, sustainability, operations and maintenance. His experience includes cradle-to-grave management of major ($3M-$200M) construction/renovation work world-wide including dormitory, dining facility, fitness center, recreational facility, sports field, office building, utility and transportation projects. Prior to joining Tribal One, Erik advised the U.S. Air Force Academy Dean of Faculty on all academic facility issues including the Cadet Area Master Plan, the USAFA “Library of the Future” and the Cyber Works Computing Center.

Doug has 33 years of experience in leadership, project managements and systems acquisitions within the Satellite, IT and Telecommunications career field as both an officer in the Air Force and commercially. In this role at Tribal One, he is responsible for identifying, tracking and closing business opportunities.
